THE WORKOUT
Our method combines principles of traditional pilates, strength training, and cardio for a challenging 50 minute workout. we utilize the xformer, an advanced version of a traditional reformer that delivers a dynamic high intensity, low impact, full body, resistance focused workout. By focusing on slow, controlled, and mindful movements you’ll build muscle while increasing flexibility, balance, and endurance. Adaptable to alll fitness levels and goals, our instructors will guide you through the workout offering modifications for any injuries or anyone needing more of a challenge. Our little studio is equipPed with 10 xformers — ensuring smaller class sizes to prioritize safety and form — our highest priorities. All of this encompassed in a high energy and supportive environment (WE’RE KIND OF BIG ON THIS PART!)

XFORMER spice
our signature sculpt but with a little extra spice. Xformer spice combines elements of pilates, strength training, and cardio to increase strength, stamina, and deepen your mind body connection. This IS AN ADVANCED class AND IS NOT for beginners (12+ xformer classes recommended).
SCULPT + STRETCH
his recovery-focused class perfectly blends our signature sculpt method with restorative stretching. We begin with a low impact, high intensity core + glute focused workout before moving into a series of deep, guided stretches that target tight muscles and release tension. Expect a slower pace, intentional breath work, and a focus on restoring the body. If you're new to reformer workouts this is a great place to start.
