MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION FORM

If your membership was purchased online or in the app, you can cancel by visiting your profile> memberships and credits> select the membership > cancel the membership.

if your membership was purchased in the studio, you must submit this form to cancel. please do so at least 7 days prior to the next renewal date.

Once canceled, memberships will remain active until the end of the payment cycle. you will receive an email confirmation of the cancellation and see the final payment date on the membership details screen when it has been processed.

please note memberships auto renew each month and all sales are final. memberships can not be canceled over the phone or by social media.
