Our signature scuplt class combines resistance training and cardio for a 50 minute, high intensity, low impact workout. FOCUSING ON SLOW, CONTROLLED, MINDFUL MOVEMENTS, THIS CLASS WILL CHALLENGE ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
XFORMER spice
our signature sculpt but with a little extra spice. Xformer spice combines elements of pilates, strength training, and cardio to increase strength, stamina, and deepen your mind body connection. This IS AN ADVANCED class AND IS NOT for beginners (12+ xformer classes recommended).
SCULPT + STRETCH
his recovery-focused class perfectly blends our signature sculpt method with restorative stretching. We begin with a low impact, high intensity core + glute focused workout before moving into a series of deep, guided stretches that target tight muscles and release tension. Expect a slower pace, intentional breath work, and a focus on restoring the body. If you're new to reformer workouts this is a great place to start.
